Reporting to the Global Head of Sales, the Sales Analyst will be responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity and support strategic decision making . The development and tracking of leading/lagging key performance indicators will be critical to enhance the understanding of the business to improve decision making. You will work with our global sales teams regularly to ensure accurate reporting of sales numbers. This will suit someone who enjoys creating and customising reporting dashboards, conducting quantitative and qualitative sales analysis and providing internal support to account management and sales teams whilst scrutinising data integrity within our SAP system. Your duties will include:     Providing bespoke reports and analysis of specific sales data to global sales management team and key account management teams Supporting the global service sales and regional management by ensuring accurate reporting and analysis of performance against KPI’s Collaborating with global sales managers to ensure timely and accurate forecasting of sales and opportunity pipeline Demonstrating a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, supporting the global Head of Sales to underpin best practice and governance throughout You will have experience of working in a similar role and ideally be educated to degree level. It would be highly beneficial if you have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office as well as knowledge of SAP B1. This is an opportunity to join our Global Service team in contributing to key projects and initiatives, as well as responding to and managing technical escalations to ensure we deliver world class technical and product support. The role will suit someone with an understanding of Engineering systems who is solutions driven and an exceptional communicator. In this role, you’ll support the wider global and regional service teams in Peak Scientific to ensure they have the tools and resources needed. As a knowledgeable and highly technically competent member of the Service team, the Technical Specialist will be a key contributor to service function and act as a liaison between service and the training, engineering, and manufacturing functions. Duties will include: Liaising with regional service colleagues to ensure escalations and issues are resolved in a timely manner and best practices are followed globally Working closely with Design Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering teams to ensure product improvements are identified, implemented and communicated effectively Working in collaboration with the Global Technical Training team to manage effective delivery of training programs to internal and external customers Being responsible for creating and maintaining accurate Service and Technical Bulletins as per standard operating procedures Responding to technical queries and requests from regional service teams, ensuring timely resolution of support tickets The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills and will always endeavour to confirm all information is shared, understood and intended outcomes are met.  You will also be responsible for completion of assigned activities such as Service Bulletins being released in a timely manner, and all follow up actions being completed on schedule. It is key that you have fault diagnosis experience and bring a methodical approach to resolving problems. Ideally, you’ll have the ability to read and understand pneumatic and electrical schematics and experience of working with pressure systems would be highly advantageous. Based at our Headquarters in Inchinnan, Renfrewshire – we’re looking for an Apprentice to join our Logistics team. What can we offer you? Our Apprentice Programme is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about starting a career in Logistics, in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment. You will be part of a Logistics team who deliver services across Peak Scientific’s global operations. This will be a 2-year apprenticeship where you will develop your skills through a combination of structured and on the job training, as well as working towards an industry recognised qualification in Supply Chain Management, receiving support and mentoring throughout the programme. Salary: £17,000 per annum in Year 1, rising to £19,000 per annum in Year 2 Working hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week  Successful candidates must be eligible for full SDS funding.
