Territory Manager - CIS and Russia Location: Glasgow, Inchinnan, Renfrewshire Travel: 40-50% travel within the Region Established over 20 years, Peak Scientific is a leading innovator in the design, manufacture and support of high performance gas generators for analytical laboratories, with direct operations in every continent around the world. Reporting to the Channel Manager for the region, you will be responsible for supporting, developing and continuing to grow a key territory within Peak’s Channel territory CIS & Russia. You will be responsible for ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded as well as maintaining mutually beneficial relationships, with particular focus on Peak’s significant distributor network, as well as our OEM’s and end user customers. You will be part of a 50+ strong European Sales and Service team. The preferred location for the role is Glasgow at Peak EMEA HQ but other locations will be considered for right candidate. You will travel extensively within the region. You will be responsible for: Achieving / exceeding sales targets and objectives for the territory. Providing sales advice and product recommendations for distributors/OEMs/customers Regular visits to your territory to provide support, guidance and training to distributors as well as accompanying them on end user visits. Developing & maintaining strong relationships with key distributors. Negotiating the terms of a sales agreement, ensuring agreed profit margins are maintained with the aim to win business. Prospecting, growing, managing and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. Upkeep of quotations, monthly reports, prospects/pipeline activity with feedback at meetings. Ensuring a record of sales, order information and customer contact details are entered and maintained in CRM system. Strategic Planning – examine and identify the key regions within the territory and devise an action plan ensuring a focused business approach to your markets. Contribution and communication with the channel team to share insights, achievements, best practice and opportunities. Skills and Qualifications – Distributor / Channel management experience Knowledge and/or experience of Eastern EU, Russia and MENA markets with relevant industry experience (B2B) Proven international Sales & channel management experience Knowledge of chemistry, LCMS and GC highly beneficial Experienced at managing and exceeding personal sales targets Any additional languages are beneficial Preferably educated to degree level.
