Service Sales Specialist - German Speaker

Do you speak German fluently and have experience of working in Sales? We are recruiting a Service Sales Specialist which encompasses all of our key service sales activities including New Business, Renewals and Spare Parts. You will be a fluent German speaker getting involved in selling and educating both new and existing Peak customers on our full Peak Protected service product portfolio. In this role, you will build up a good knowledge and understanding of the Peak business/generator product range and service contract product portfolio.  You’ll be required to collaborate closely with the generator sales, service delivery and other supporting teams. The key objectives of the role will be to achieve sales growth and profitability for the German territory and achieve/exceed annual sales targets as directed. Your duties will include: Calling our existing customers and proposing the most relevant Peak Service Contract to meet their needs Managing generator customer base and sales leads information Proactively generating new customer leads and selling Peak Scientific service products to end user, OEM and distributor markets Making outbound phone calls to a variety of customers and sales channels to capture quotes and working through legacy data to determine if there is potential opportunity Developing and maintaining good relationships with customers Performing research and analysis on accounts to better understand opportunity base Utilising the CRM system to capture opportunities, leads, customer information, prepare quotations and for sending complete orders for processing etc. Working closely with internal teams and stakeholders Supporting administration tasks and attending the office and managing any post/invoice queries As a confident German speaker, you will have demonstrable experience in end user and business to business sales. The successful candidate will be customer focused with proven success in meeting sales goals.  You will be results driven with the resilience to remain effective and positive under pressure. You will also possess: The ability to manage relationships and work well within a team   The ability to manage and maintain large quantities of data Proficiency with various Computer Software Systems such as SAP CRM, Excel, Word etc. The confidence and skills to make cold calls to generate new clients Exceptional communication skills to engage clearly and accurately with internal external stakeholders Self-motivation with the capacity to plan time effectively and prioritise Our values are structured around our colleagues, our customers and our service, our priority is always on delivering successful outcomes for our customers. Service Sales Coordinator

Reporting to the Channel Manager - EMEA, this position will oversee the sales process of spare parts and service kits to customers across EMEA territories. Working closely with sales, technical support, order processing, logistics and operations teams; this role will ensure that our customers are receiving the correct service parts within their expected time frame. In this role, you will be tasked with building relationships with key personnel to grow service revenue within the EMEA territory. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Establishing relationships with customers and distributors to grow service revenue and provide after-sales support when required Creating sales quotations for both new and existing customers Effectively managing service sales mailboxes and customer queries Working closely with sales personnel in developing spares connect rate business specific to EMEA region Proactively generating account information to support account managers in selling Peak Scientific service products Developing effective working relationships with colleagues and customers across the territory Timely communication of service sales reports on a weekly basis With strong customer experience, ideally in end user and/or B2B sales, you will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage data and a busy workload. Building effective relationships with our customers and distributors is key to this role. You will also have demonstrable experience in an account management or a coordination role whilst working autonomously as part of a team. Previous CRM / ERP experience is desirable (SAP B1) You will also possess: Ability to manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external, including customers and colleagues on an international level Effective organisation skills with an aptitude in problem-solving Self-motivation and ability to prioritise daily tasks Resilience – ability to remain effective and positive in the face of pressure Ability to communicate clearly and accurately by adopting a range of styles Results driven approach with the ability to manage personal and team target Our values are structured around our colleagues, our customers and our service, our priority is always on delivering successful outcomes for our customers.
