Warehouse Team Leader Reporting to the Warehouse Service Supervisor you will be responsible for leading, directing and supervising the team of personnel to meet defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). You will ensure all Goods Inward consignments of material are promptly and accurately booked in and provide a sustained efficient level of Service Spares delivery. We are recruiting a self-motivated Technical Support Specialist who will be responsible for providing a high level of technical support to the large network of Peak customers, distributors and OEMs in Germany and other supported areas. Managing the technical support workload ensuring that emails and phone calls are prioritised in order of urgency and responded to within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). You will be fluent in German and English and any basic level of Spanish would be highly advantageous. Duties include: Providing technical support in conjunction with the service management system (SMS) Responding to all incoming technical enquiries (telephone and email) in a professional, prompt and efficient manner to ensure total customer satisfaction In conjunction with Service Manager Europe ensuring all phone calls resulting in Field Service Engineer (FSE) on site assistance are responded to and organised within SLA of 2 hours Using SMS, ensuring all relevant field visit data is captured by FSEs with system generated visit reports being promptly sent to customers Working closely with the FSE’s, ensuring cost effective and efficient planning of the monthly workload ensuring that any breakdown visit meets the customer response time SLA This role would suite someone who is customer driven with an interest in Technical support or experience of mechanical/ electrical fault diagnosis but more importantly, you will be comfortable communicating with customers at all levels, internally and externally. It has 3 main theatres, one is utilised as an emergency theatre. It also has a dental suite for day case dental extractions.  The shift patterns are Monday to Friday providing elective surgery along with a dedicated emergency list each day. Due to our continued growth, we’re delighted to be recruiting an IT Applications Support Analyst  to make a significant contribution to our award–winning, global technology manufacturing business here at Peak Scientific.  Reporting to the Applications Manager, this role will involve providing BAU support whilst delivering  continuous improvements for Peak’s existing SAP B1 solution, across UK, Europe and North America ensuring that service levels are adhered to. In addition, the Analyst will be part of the SAP B1 project team, rolling out SAP B1 globally, ensuring project plans are delivered on time and to budget. The Analyst will work within the IT team to develop standards and processes that meet or exceed internal customer expectations. Your duties will include: Providing 1st to 3rd line application support for the core SAP B1 solution Creating and managing Crystal Reports and Layouts as well as SQL queries Providing Incident/Problem management and Configuration Management support services Supporting the implementation of system changes, upgrades in line with the change calendar and change control processes Providing a business analysis service, communicating clearly with customers, ensuring business requirements are fully documented and understood progressing approved changes though to implementation and test Undertaking regression testing in relation to approved system change requests Understanding SAP roadmap to assess future changes against enhancement requests made by users Ideally you will have previous experience with SAP B1 ERP and CRM solutions combined with excellent hands on experience of Boyum Usability package and Print & Delivery. With the ability to work to tight deadlines, you’ll be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products and have demonstrable experience of business analytical tools and processes, including data analysis. Skills, Qualifications and Experience: Proficient with regard SQL, Crystal Reporting. Competent in eliciting and defining requirements with an u nderstanding of general business practices, preferably within an engineering or manufacturing environment. Ability to resolve complex functional and configuration issues within SLA’s. In this key role for Peak Scientific, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective Quality Management system at our Port Glasgow facility and the range of products manufactured. You will have accountability for ensuring processes and standards are maintained for ISO compliance - ISO 13485 and PED certification and other secured standards to lead the successful auditing of processes by regulatory bodies and internal verification. You will ensure the compliance of work instructions and the control thereof within our document management system as well as the control of the planned maintenance and equipment calibration to ensure a compliant operation and mitigate any OEE loss.  As an ambassador for the quality assurance of Peak Gas Generation products and processes, you will also be responsible for incoming goods inspection, material marshalling and quality checks to outgoing goods to defined quality standards.
