In this key role, you will have the opportunity to actively seek out opportunities for continuous improvement to realise Warehouse efficiency and overall effective contribution to PEAK goals and objectives.
Duties will include:
Driving quality and efficiency to expected standard in line with defined KPIs
Supporting the Inventory Controller in their role, to ensure your teams carry out preparatory work for effective Cyclic Programmed Stocktaking
Managing all key tasks within the Warehouse – primarily (but not limited to) Goods In, Stow and Pick
Supervising and maintaining a high level of Warehouse housekeeping (5S) and actively exploring opportunities for continued improvement
Proactively managing and monitoring individual and team performance to ensure work objectives and standards are achieved
The successful candidate will have previous Supervisory experience in a Warehousing and Inventory Management environment. With experience in the management, development and Supervision of personnel, you will bring a positive attitude with good interpersonal and teamwork skills to the role.

An adept ability to quickly problem solve and implement well thought out solutions
Punctuality with an infectious work ethic
Computer literate Microsoft Office (SAP B1 experience desired) and capable of operating an integrated computer system

Working closely with sales, technical support, order processing, logistics and operations teams; this role will ensure that our customers are receiving the correct service parts within their expected time frame. In this role, you will be tasked with building relationships with key personnel to grow service revenue within the EMEA territory.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Establishing relationships with customers and distributors to grow service revenue and provide after-sales support when required
Creating sales quotations for both new and existing customers
Effectively managing service sales mailboxes and customer queries
Working closely with sales personnel in developing spares connect rate business specific to EMEA region
Proactively generating account information to support account managers in selling Peak Scientific service products
Developing effective working relationships with colleagues and customers across the territory
Timely communication of service sales reports on a weekly basis

The role will be responsible for regaining lost service contract business by successfully quoting and converting service contracts in line with Peak best practice and sales and underwriting strategy.
Your duties will include:

Effectively qualifying each opportunity, gathering data on customer profile to assess risk and potential profitability of each contract based on current strategy
Working in collaboration with regional Service Sales teams when receiving, providing and managing contract opportunities
Liaising with Global Spares team to ensure any lost contract opportunities are captured as potential spares sales, in line with global service sales strategy
Effectively and accurately updating the CRM systems to manage all relevant customer information, orders and quotations
Actively contributing to the ongoing development of Peaks service sales strategy by sharing insight and data on converted opportunities.
You will have experience in a commercial underwriting or inside sales role. You will also be customer focussed and able to build relationships and gain trust over the phone/email. The successful candidate will have proven experience of working autonomously and as part of a team.
