In this role, you’ll will work collaboratively with teams throughout Peak to drive resolution of supplier related quality issues.
Some of your duties will include:
Developing quality assurance techniques and methodologies and applying them to PEAK products and manufacturing
Working with suppliers on resolution of quality issues
Supporting Supply Chain Management with quality performance data and to support and/or facilitate supplier audits
Conducting and reporting on First Article Inspections of new metalwork/components
Working with Manufacturing Engineering to introduce quality checks/processes into the new processes and products
You’ll have demonstrable experience in a quality engineering role and have knowledge of Quality tools and Continuous Improvement methods, including but not limited to 8D, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing. With a high attention to detail and excellent communication skills, you’ll be a trained ISO9001:2015 internal auditor and have the ability to interpretate and apply product standards.
This will suit a self-motivated individual who is a team player with excellent problem-solving skills. It would be advantageous if you if you have a qualification in an engineering discipline and/ or Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

Collaborating with global offices and developing close working relationships across internal departments such as Sales, Service, Product Management, Planning, Logistics and Finance
Liaising daily with the global sales and service team ensuring the accuracy of purchase order information and communicating any quotation, pricing or process discrepancies to salesperson
Ideally, you’ll have order processing and SAP experience in addition to being competent using Microsoft packages and working from a ticket system such as Zendesk. You will be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible approach.
