This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing area within our business where you will be responsible for managing the sale of New Business contracts across our customer portfolio. You will bring experience of working within a targeted sales environment, fantastic communication skills and the ability to work as part of a high performing team. Accounts Payable and Expenses Manager Work Pattern: Full time, permanent role with hybrid working 3 days in the office/2 days working from home    As a result of an internal move, an opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable and Expenses Manager to manage the UK Accounts Payable team (circa 3).  Reporting to the UK Financial Controller , you will be responsible for UK payments for all purchase invoices, implementing a Purchase to Pay policy and managing foreign payments for multiple entities. Reporting to the Applications Manager, the successful candidate will be required to provide BAU support and deliver continuous improvements for Peak’s existing SAP B1 solution, across UK, Europe and North America ensuring that service levels are adhered to. In addition, the Analyst will be part of the SAP B1 project team, rolling out SAP B1 Globally, ensuring project plans are delivered on time and to budget. The Analyst will work within the IT team to develop standards and processes that meet or exceed internal customer expectations. Your duties will include: Providing 1st to 3rd line application support for the core SAP B1 solution Creating and managing Crystal Reports and Layouts as well as SQL queries Providing Incident/Problem management and Configuration Management support services Supporting the implementation of system changes, upgrades in line with the change calendar and change control processes Providing a business analysis service, communicating clearly with customers, ensuring business requirements are fully documented and understood progressing approved changes though to implementation and test Undertaking regression testing in relation to approved system change requests Troubleshooting system issues providing resolution to business application issues providing updates as and when required You will have previous experience in supporting ERP and/or CRM solutions and be proficient with regard SQL. Your main responsibility is to produce Management Accounting reports on both current and forecasted financial positions, including the provision of quality in-depth insight and analysis and to assist the Head of Finance for North America, in the day to day support of all finance functions across the US and Canadian entities (end to end process).
