Registered Agency Nurses needed across various medical wards in Fife. Our client is currently looking for Registered Agency Nurses to join their Medical Ward Team in various hospitals in and around Fife. This is a great opportunity to work with a highly respected organisation, delivering excellent care and services to their patients.   Job Summary We are looking to employ highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurses to join our team in the Medical Ward. You must have experience as a Registered Nurse in a relevant healthcare environment and a general medical background. Key Responsibilities Administering medications as prescribed. Monitoring patients and assessing their health, progress and response to treatment. Providing comprehensive holistic care and support for the Medical Ward and the wards. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary members including doctors, social workers, occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals. Developing effective working relationships with patients, carers, families and other professionals. Completing discharge plans and provide relevant information. Managing the patient's clinical risk. Providing support and advice to patients, their significant others, and the ward. Ensuring adherence to guidelines, policies and protocols in providing quality care. Requirements Registered Nursing Degree. Minimum of 18 months experience within a hospital setting.  Valid NMC registration with no restrictions. Ideally from a General Medical background. Excellent communication skills. The ability to work autonomously and in a team. Competent IT skills. Able to work under pressure.
