Observing, reporting, and recording information on patient care; Managing medical records and ensuring adherence to data protection legislation; Sharing best practices with colleagues; Establishing effective communication channels with patients, families, and colleagues. Requirements: Valid NMC registration with no restrictions. Minimum of 18 months experience working within a general medical ward.
