Your Responsibilities:
Promoting, assessing and providing excellent standards of care;
Providing comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care to patients;
Performing diagnostics, procedures and treatments, and ensuring the correct equipment is available;
Following procedures, protocols and regulations in a general medical ward.
Observing, reporting, and recording information on patient care;
Managing medical records and ensuring adherence to data protection legislation;
Sharing best practices with colleagues;
Establishing effective communication channels with patients, families, and colleagues.
Requirements:
Valid NMC registration with no restrictions.
Minimum of 18 months experience working within a general medical ward.
Knowledge of clinical procedures, processes, protocol, and standards;
Patient-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment;
Adherence to professional, ethical, and legal requirements;
