Being responsible for creating and maintaining accurate Service and Technical Bulletins as per standard operating procedures
Responding to technical queries and requests from regional service teams, ensuring timely resolution of support tickets
The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills and will always endeavour to confirm all information is shared, understood and intended outcomes are met. You will also be responsible for completion of assigned activities such as Service Bulletins being released in a timely manner, and all follow up actions being completed on schedule.
It is key that you have fault diagnosis experience and bring a methodical approach to resolving problems. Ideally, you’ll have the ability to read and understand pneumatic and electrical schematics and experience of working with pressure systems would be highly advantageous.

Reporting to both the Technology Development and Embedded Control Team Leads, the Control and Electronics Engineer will be designing, developing, testing and maintaining Peak’s generators and embedded systems. You will identify and fix technical issues, working collaboratively with engineers, product managers, and others on various Peak teams. The successful candidate will be a strong team player, self-motivated and able to complete work with minimal assistance.
Some of your duties will include:
Designing and building embedded systems, including embedded system firmware
Testing and debugging embedded systems
Monitoring and maintaining the system after development
Improving system efficiency and stability after development
Collaborating with customers and other departments to create systems based on their needs
Assisting in the development of production processes and procedures
Liaising with other departments to ensure continuity of manufacturing process
You’ll have a degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering and ideally some experience in a controls/electronics focused role. You’ll also have experience in embedded systems development, debugging and trouble-shooting and programme creation using MATLAB / Simulink.
You will also possess:
Significant programming experience in C, or C++
Experience of Altium Design - Schematic capture, PCB Layout
Proficiency in working with common embedded systems communication protocols
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
