As L&D Manager, reporting into the Head of HR and forming part of the wider HR team working with multi stakeholders around the globe, you will bring your own experience and creativity to deliver Peak’s learning priorities and support the strategic goals, your key responsibilities will include –
Creating a global L&D strategy which aligns to Peak’s vision
Working closely with the Global Head of HR to develop a culture of learning and lead the L&D pillar of our People Strategy
Leading and upskilling the team of Technical Trainers and Production Trainers to modernise their approach to people development
Designing a new induction program for all new employees
Collaborating with senior management, department heads, and subject matter experts to identify training needs and design relevant programs
Designing and delivering innovative learning solutions, including workshops, e-learning, coaching
Managing the end-to-end training process, including needs analysis, content development, delivery logistics, evaluation, and reporting
Working with HRBPs and Heads of Departments to manage the PDP process
Introduce and drive an apprenticeship program within HQ
You will have a proven track record and qualifications in L&D Management and experience in developing and implementing L&D strategies. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines. Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms. Have a positive “can do” attitude, a sense of humour and excellent relationship management skills with an ability to quickly establish credibility, trust and partnership at all levels.
