Job Description

We are recruiting a self-motived Product Training Specialist who will be responsible for the design and delivery of training courses to internal stakeholders, distributors, and OEMs from our HQ and Peak global offices. Reporting to the Global Training Manager, this role is Inchinnan based with international travel once restrictions allow. 

Duties include:


Providing Technical support to the sales and service teams including assisting at site visits or seminars and exhibitions
Creating monthly reports to the Global Training Manager detailing training activities and customer visits
Developing and maintain training materials including constantly modifying, improving, and amending these materials based on attendee feedback, or product changes and enhancements
Keeping up to date with new products, design changes and communicating them to Peak employees


This role would be highly suited to someone with a Technical background or an experienced Field Service Engineer who is looking for an exciting opportunity to train and develop others. Ideally you will have a strong Electro/Mechanical background and previous experience as a Trainer or Field Service Engineer/Technician with demonstrable experience of working with minimal supervision.

In addition, you should possess:
