Job Description

Reporting to the Global Service Sales Manager, this role will be responsible for install base accuracy in various Databases. You will respond to our customers in a timely manner and be responsible for updating customer details in our business systems.

This role will suit and excite someone who is an excel wizard, thrives in handling data and is confident with IT. You will be pro-active, committed to seeing tasks through to completion and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties will include:

Managing two different business systems simultaneously SAB B1 and SAP Hana S4
Responding back to customers for all inbound generator warranty / activation registrations and keeping records  
Updating New Business Accounts against products sold.
Processing all inbound generator warranties / activation data to update system with correct end user and those will act as business opportunity for regional service sales teams
Processing all OEM generators install base monthly reports to ensure it’s updated in the system to drive sales and service delivery teams
Processing all existing data from regions to ensure its updated in the global business system
Initially supporting regional teams with onboarding new business system (SAP B1.)

The successful candidate will ideally be a Graduate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing large customer list / database with experience of working in a capital equipment install base or fleet management role. Working with the colleagues based in different time-zones would also be advantageous.   

You will also possess:

Exceptional computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
Experience of using CRM systems
A keen attention to detail, a pro-active work ethic and the ability to learn quickly
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
