This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing area within our business where you will be responsible for managing the sale of New Business contracts across our customer portfolio. You will also be customer focussed and able to build relationships and gain trust over the phone/email. Experience of Microsoft Office is essential – particularly Excel and knowledge of a CRM system would be advantageous. Due to our continued growth, we’re delighted to be recruiting an IT Development Support Analyst to make a significant contribution to our award–winning, global technology manufacturing business here at Peak Scientific. Reporting to the Senior Developer, this role will involve providing BAU support whilst delivering  continuous improvements for Peak’s existing SAP B1 solution, across UK, Europe and North America ensuring that service levels are adhered to. In addition, the Analyst will provide technical support to the IT team and the business at large; ensuring system health; move backups of all script to code repository and retrieve as required; assisting in the development of solutions in a timely and efficient manner; and taking responsibility for ensuring PEAK documentation detailing customisations is complete and technically comprehensive. Your duties will include: Advising on, configuring and running complex data imports Managing and reporting routine code backups Helping with reporting tools such as BI360, SSRS or Crystal Reports SAP B1 BOYUMBEAS customisations Managing and Assisting with SSIS Package design, up to and including some C# coding Assisting with creation and maintenance of SQL databases, objects, and code including the Peak Data Warehouse. Reporting to the Channel Manager, EMEA, this position will oversee the sales process of selling spare parts and service kits to customers across a number of territories. Working closely with sales, service delivery, order processing, logistics and operations teams this role will ensure that our customers are receiving the correct spare parts within their expected time frame. In this role, you will be tasked with building relationships with key personnel to grow service revenue within the EMEA territory. Warehouse Team Leader Reporting to the Warehouse Service Supervisor you will be responsible for leading, directing and supervising the team of personnel to meet defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). You will ensure all Goods Inward consignments of material are promptly and accurately booked in and provide a sustained efficient level of Service Spares delivery. As part of the Sales Orders Team, the primary purpose of these roles are to support the lead to order process for Generators, Maintenance Contracts and Service Spares orders. We are recruiting a self-motivated Technical Support Specialist who will be responsible for providing a high level of technical support to the large network of Peak customers, distributors and OEMs in Germany and other supported areas. Managing the technical support workload ensuring that emails and phone calls are prioritised in order of urgency and responded to within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). You will be fluent in German and English and any basic level of Spanish would be highly advantageous. Working within the Manufacturing Engineering team, the role will be focused on process improvement activity with a view to improving throughput, efficiency and reducing waste within all manufacturing processes. The job will involve developing, defining, and handing over processes to relevant stakeholders within Peak to facilitate smooth manufacture and reduction in waste. The role will involve introduction and use of Lean methodologies to improve manufacturing processes and enable a more efficient production environment. The role will also involve: Developing and improving processes to reduce waste and facilitate growth Monitoring processes to ensure that they are operating effectively and may be achieved by introducing KPIs for the relevant process Working on projects to support improvements to production areas Developing shop floor layouts that will enable Peak to grow within the available floorspace Conducting time and motion studies of operations activities using established and approved methodologies Identifying improvements in manufacturing processes and managing projects to implement process improvements Maintaining production documentation such as Work Instructions, test procedures & maintenance procedures We are looking for an Engineer with creative and innovative engineering skills and ideally a k nowledge of Lean manufacturing techniques and value engineering, preferably a minimum of a yellow belt in LSS. In this key role for Peak Scientific, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective Quality Management system at our Port Glasgow facility and the range of products manufactured. You will have accountability for ensuring processes and standards are maintained for ISO compliance - ISO 13485 and PED certification and other secured standards to lead the successful auditing of processes by regulatory bodies and internal verification. You will ensure the compliance of work instructions and the control thereof within our document management system as well as the control of the planned maintenance and equipment calibration to ensure a compliant operation and mitigate any OEE loss.  As an ambassador for the quality assurance of Peak Gas Generation products and processes, you will also be responsible for incoming goods inspection, material marshalling and quality checks to outgoing goods to defined quality standards.
