The Commercial Finance Analyst will have the following responsibilities; Reporting: Deliver comprehensive, accurate and informative information to feed the commercial organisation at all levels. This includes coaching ASMs and ASDs regarding how to report, structure and communicate their results as well as their budgets, forecasts, outlooks for the year to come as well as longer term processes. Provide monthly / quarterly / annual timelines and ensure reports systemised. Manage planning process & systems: manage 3 year plan, budget and reforecasting processes and ensure systems to support the process are driven through. Active participation and contribution to the monthly demand planning cycle (challenge forecast where needed and support where financial analysis is required). Support growth: lead evaluations for new opportunities within existing portfolio and provide country and customer profitability assessments and NPD projects. Provide financial support if appropriate for group evaluation in S&OP process. Provide strategic focus on financial objectives, acting as a true-business partner to drive improvements and support and manage change within the organisation. This includes coaching ASMs and ASDs regarding how to analyse their business model and customer/distributor model s to improve its performance both for growth and profitability.
