Job Description

The role will involve:

  • Responsible for budgeting and forecasting (on a weekly, monthly and annual basis)
  • Balance sheet management and reconciliations
  • Carry out period and year end activities
  • Purchase and Sales ledger admin and management
  • Preparing, checking and submitting invoices to external and internal customers
  • Management of a small team
  • Collation and reporting pf non-financial information
  • Preparing the insurance declaration for relevant sites
  • Ensuring compliance in relation to the businesses processes, and ensuring the operations have good financial controls
  • Be committed to continuous development in line with operational needs, constantly striving for increased efficiency, productivity and growth
  • Implement any changes introduced due to operations and client requirements
  • Ad hoc travel required
