We’re very excited to bring a new Senior Marketing Executive (North America) into our HQ based in Inchinnan with hybrid working available. The main focus of this role is to support the North American region with qualified marketing leads. Primarily delivered through digital marketing activities and sales support, this role will also be responsible for coordinating and reporting output from industry events across North America.
As a creative thinker with a good eye for detail, you will liaise with key stakeholders both in the NA team and at Headquarters, marketing solutions in the form of measurable marketing campaigns to reach Global Business Objectives. An additional, but vitally important, focus of this role is to own stock control of marketing materials and shipments across North America, working with the local office to ensure events are well stocked, materials are in top condition and logistical deadlines are met.
Your duties will also include:
Supporting Marketing Manager in delivery of global marketing strategy
Being the primary point of contact for NA sales team and wider North American business unit needing marketing support
Measuring and reporting of leads by status, source & campaign including monthly KPI, cost and ROI reporting
Answering live chat and syndicating customer enquiries to relevant department
Coordinating all events, including internal sales meetings, in North America
Working with key internal stakeholders to create captivating user testimony and topical website content for the region
Leading on market intelligence from North America to help drive and shape regional marketing campaigns based on field information
Being “Voice of the Customer” in NA region
Ideally you will have demonstrable experience of working in B2B and event coordination. You will have good working knowledge of digital marketing and exceptional communication skills. It would be advantageous if you have either previous line management experience and/or experience of working with CRM systems.
